I began studying art at the Istituto D'Arte Venturi during my high school years in Italy. I was lucky enough to learn sculpture in a classical fashion because to this day I still rely on the basics to “ground" even the most obscure creations in a realistic fashion, making them more believable and engaging.

When I was 19 or so I discovered the art of
Luis Royo. When I first saw Royo's work it was an airbrushed piece done by another artist on a Harley Davidson gas tank. Immediately I asked the artist about the piece and he told to to go check out "Malefic". Finding the book in my local bookstore in Italy was pure luck and to this day I still have that original copy of the book. I had discovered my new mentor, especially when it comes to portraying strong beautiful, powerful, feminine female characters. Ever since I have collected almost every one of his books never to look back.
Shawn Barber really inspires me as well as sculptor
Colin Christian: both incredibly talented individuals that I admire.
Moving back to Canada I started my career as an FX Artist which I have been doing now for over 13 years. I have been responsible for many of the props, safe props, sculptures as well as some prosthetic make-up, used in feature films and television including: Witchblade, X-Men, The Tuxedo, Cold Creek Manor, Relic Hunter, Monk, Resident Evil: Afterlife and several TV series.

I also have been lucky enough to work in creating some very cool toys and collectables such as "Bloodrayne 2" which was produced in-house through my company at the time.
